(REPLY COMMENTS--FILE NO'S RM-9208 AND RM-9242)

THANK YOU FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENCOURAGE YOU NOT TO GET
US INTO ANOTHER 80/90 SITUATION WHERE WE SAW APPLICATIONS FOR
STATIONS THAT NEVER WENT THE AIR OR SOME MONTHS LATER CLOSED
THEIR DOORS. IN OUR PART OF SOUTHEAST GEORGIA THERE ARE DOZENS
OF STATIONS ALREADY SERVING THEIR RESPECTIVE COMMUNITIES WITH
ENTERTAINMENT AND LOCALLY ORIENTED PROGRAM GEARED TO EACH
COMMUNITIES NEEDS.

SIGNALS ARE ALREADY BEING KNOCKED BACK BECAUSE OF 80/90 LOW
POWER STATIONS THAT WE APPROVED. OUR LOCAL PROGRAMMING INCLUDES BLOODMOBILE BROADCAST, GOAL STUDENTS BROADCAST, FUND
RAISERS FOR COMMUNITY PROJECTS, VARIOUS SOUTH GA CITIES
FESTIVALS BROADCAST, ETC.

THANK YOU FOR A NO VOTE ON ADDITIONAL LOW POWER STATIONS.

SINCERELY,

AL GRAHAM, PRESIDENT
